Shipping Policy

• Maison Dentaire delivers within the U.A.E only.
• Orders and supplementary deliveries are sent via our own delivery team.
• Free deliveries on orders over 125 AED.
• Please allow 24-48 deliveries within Abu Dhabi, and 1 week to Dubai and other Emirates.

Return & Exchange Policy

• No Refunds will be entertained if the product package is damaged or opened by the recipient.
• No Refunds will be entertained if the product SAFETY SEAL is broken or damaged by the recipient.
• If you have received a product with a damaged or broken SAFETY SEAL, from our store please return to us immediately within 7 days of purchase for a replacement.
• If you have received a damaged product during transit to your location the product will be replaced immediately.
• Please make sure to check the product immediately on receipt to acknowledge the receipt of the product in its original undamaged or open state.
